Have you ever wanted to learn a new software skill at
your desk between meetings, or from home? Have you ever wanted to
learn at your own pace, with time to practice a skill or ponder its
implications for your work?
To supplement our existing
instructor-led courses and better accommodate your individual learning
styles, the Instructional Technology Support Services and Human Resources are excited to introduce a
flexible, always available web-based training program, MySkillSource, to the John Jay campus.
Available to John Jay faculty and staff 24 hours a day, seven days
a week, this progressive way to train includes access to hundreds of online courses and digitized books
in the areas of:
- Office Productivity(Microsoft Applications, Lotus, Wordperfect, etc.)
- Computer Professional(Networking, Programming, etc.)
- Business & Management Skills(Fundamentals of Managing People, Setting Goals, etc.)
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an expert, e-Training at John Jay has something
for you.
