Follow these directions using this web site. Use a separate sheet of paper where indicated:

1. Write out the answers for Quiz 5 from the "Daily Grammar" web site.
2. Print out the "Tutor Report Sheet."
3. Find the following article, print it out and read it -- "Ducking Smallpox Vaccinations"
4. Complete the directions for the Issues Journal for the above article.
5. Print out the syllabus and any other materials you feel you may need. Sign the bottom statement in the syllabus.
