Carl A. Williams is a counselor in the SEEK Department at John Jay College. He graduated from Baruch College, CUNY. At Baruch he obtained a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Education in Higher Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.

He was a high school teacher in Grenada, West Indies (Caribbean) before moving to New York. He worked as a math tutor at Baruch College. At John Jay College, he has taught Mathematics, Communication Skills and Freshman Colloquium.
