     I remember the exciting moment last year when I pass the exam allowing me to enter the Police Academy. I had study hard to get in, but when I finally got in, I was really scare. I had hear that the physical fitness requirements were tough and felt that I was not prepare for them. My friend Joaquin, who already begun the Police Officer Training Program, always telling me how hard the physical requirements were for him at the Academy. He also told me I should to go to the gym every day. He didn't went there himself when he first started at the Academy and failed his first physical exam.
