5/19/02: Here are the grades for the paper.

5/17/02: Here is a copy of the handout concerning the final exam (in Microsoft Word format).

4/30/01: There will be a quiz on 5/1 covering the reading assigned for 4/29. Copies of the War Powers Resolution are in an envelope outside my office door (3241N).

3/12/02: There will be no class on Wednesday, March 13. Please be sure to come to class on March 18 having completed the reading.

2/20/02: Here is a copy of the City of Boerne decision assigned for 2/25.

2/12/02: For class on 2/13, read the Nixon v. Fitzgerald decision (pp. 232-236) as well as pages 672-673 (correction from syllabus). Come to class prepared to brief the Nixon decision.

2/6/02: Due to illness, we will not be having class today (Wednesday, Feb. 6). The assignment for today on the syllabus will be discussed on Monday, Feb. 11. The assignment for February 11 will be discussed on February 13. The class in the library computer lab on the syllabus for 2/13 will be rescheduled for later in the semester.
