Your response to the quiz terms should answer the questions of "who," "what," "where," and "why is this term significant." For example, if from the first class reading, the quiz asked you to identify Sharia, one good response might be:

Sharia: Law of Islam, derived from the Quran, the Hadith, and writings of Islamic jurists. Significant because it regulated both the spiritual and secular activities of Muslims.
